• What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Important Information About Payment:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.


• How can I buy something if I don’t want to use a credit card online?
We can take your order in a variety of ways. Click here to ask for details.

If you don’t want to pay with a credit card, you can use PayPal or send us a money order. We regret that we cannot accept personal or corporate checks.


• How is sales tax calculated on orders?
California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.


• Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
Yes, you sure can! Simply check the “wrap my gift" box as you check out.


• When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Shipping via standard UPS ground will take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. This is for in-stock items. Also remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

• What are your shipping and handling charges?
Our rates depend on the weight of the items purchased, and the destination. We ship via UPS. We offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 3rd Day Select, and 2nd Day Air. We also offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Standard to Canada for our international customers. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse.

Ground:  5-9 business days
3rd Day Select: 3-4 business days
2nd Day Air: 2-3 business days
*Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment


• Do you have a faster shipping service available?

• Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, you can. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it's different from the billing address. If you need items in your order sent to different addresses you have to make separate purchases.


• Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Yes, we can ship and take care of international orders. We ship international orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Standard to Canada.


• What if my items are damaged during shipping?
Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there should be damage or a defect, please notify us immediately so that we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Urban Addition MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.


• What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for exchange only, no cash refunds. All clearance sales are final, no returns.  Your return must be accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns need be well packed and insured for the full price of the item. Please email us for the return shipping address.


• What if the item I want is out of stock?
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.


• Can I cancel an order that I placed with UrbanAddition.com?
There is no guarantee that you can cancel the order. If we haven’t shipped it yet, it is not a problem to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. If, however, the order has shipped already, you can only return the merchandise for store credit.
